21 August 2025 - SDI Group plc, the buy and build group, focused on companies
which design and manufacture specialist lab equipment, industrial &
scientific sensors and industrial & scientific products, announces that
its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 April 2025, together with
the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders
who have opted to receive them, and are now available on the Company's website

The Company's AGM will be held at the offices of Cavendish Capital Markets
