Result of the Annual General Meeting and Board Appointment

 

SDI Group plc, the AIM quoted Group focused on the design and manufacture of
scientific and technology products for use in digital imaging and sensing and
control applications, is pleased to announce that at its annual general
meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all resolutions put to the AGM were duly
passed.

Also today, the Board of SDI Group plc appointed non executive director David
Tilston as Senior Independent Director of the Company.
