SDX ENERGY PLC ("SDX" or the "Company")

Result of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

 

SDX announces that, at the AGM of the Company held earlier today, Resolutions
1 to 9 and Resolution 11 were duly passed by shareholders by way of a poll.
Resolution 10 was withdrawn prior to the AGM.

The results of the poll were as follows:
