    ** Says CEO Mark Reid will be leaving co with immediate

    ** Appoints Daan Hanssen, currently group financial
controller, as interim CFO
    ** Also names Jay Bhattacherjee as interim executive

    ** Including session gains, stock has fallen 7.5% YTD
