1.5% to $36.90 in early trading hours
    ** Mizuho raises price target on SEE to $40 from $36 to
reflect higher market and peer multiples
    ** Six brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher and eight
"hold"; their median PT is $40 - LSEG data
    ** Up to Wednesday's close, stock had fallen 26% YTD
