** Marine services company says pact with HAL Offshore for charter hire of vessel "Sea Pearl" terminated

** Adds deal terminated as co could not deliver vessel to HAL Offshore

** Notes liquidated damages, if any, may have to be borne by it

** SEAM last down 3.3%, losing 34% YTD
