India's Seamec rises on charter contract with Saudi's Mermaid Subsea Services

** Shares of diving support vessels maker Seamec  SEAM.NS  rise
as much as 4.3% to 1,166.95 rupees
**  Co enters into a Bimco charter party with Saudi Arabia's
Mermaid Subsea Services for charter hire of a vessel 
    ** Charter hire for a period of 50 days and total value of
$3.5 mln
    ** SEAM last up 2.2%, adding to YTD gains of 9.4%
