** Shares of Seamec  SEAM.NS  up 2.6% to 1,139.75 rupees 
    ** Oilfield services provider said its unit agreed to sell
its vessel "Seamec Nidhi" to Joyo Shipping Co for $10.5 mln
    ** Trading volume 1.2x the 30-day moving average
    ** Stock, however, on track for third straight week of
losses
