rise as much as 4% to 1,159.95 rupees, hitting their highest
since late Oct 2022; last up 2.3%
    ** Co enters into agreement with Ships & Boats Oil Services
for transporting vessel 'Sea Diamond' from Alexandria, Egypt to
Mumbai anchorage; fees for services at $622,500
    ** SEAM on track for fourth straight session of gains, if
trend holds
    ** Stock trading above its 50-, 100-, and 200-day moving
averages since late Oct 2023
    ** Stock gained about 18% in 2023, best year since 2021; up
9% in Jan so far
