Fitch downgraded Casino's long-term default rating to RD
(Restricted Default) following the expiry of a 30-day grace
period for bonds worth 400 million euros.
Hal trust HLAN.AS :
Hal Trust said its half-year net result turned to a profit
of 550 million euros.
Kering SA PRTP.PA :
The luxury group said it issued a four-tranche bond for a
total of 3.8 billion euros.
SEB SA SEBF.PA :
The household equipment maker announced the appointment of
Olivier Casanova as chief financial officer, a role which he
