    Stellantis said that it will integrate swappable battery
technology in its fleet of rental electric vehicles through a
partnership with San Francisco-based developper Ample.
    
SEB  SEBF.PA  
    
    Groupe SEB said it had successfully issued a new 650 million
euros Schuldschein.
    
AIR FRANCE-KLM  AIRF.PA 
    
    The group announced its board of directors had coopted
France's former defence minister Florence Parly as director.
    
VIVENDI  VIV.PA /WORLDINE  WLN.PA 
    
    Stock exchange platform removed Worldline from France's
blue-chip CAC40 index while adding Vivendi during its quarterly
review.

Entertainment, pulled out of talks to buy British rival
All3Media according to three people with knowledge of the
matter.
