April 16 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
    
    FORVIA  FRVIA.PA 
    French automotive supplier said it agreed to sell its
subsidiary Hug Engineering to Belgian OGEPAR Group, for an
enterprise value of around 55 million euros.
    
    FRANCE/TECH:
    Arielle Zuckerberg, younger sister of Meta  META.O  chief
Mark Zuckerberg, has invested in French space technology company
Dark via her venture capital firm Long Journey, the latest
instance of a surge in funding for companies in the space
sector.
    
    ISRAEL/IRAN:
    Israelis awaited word on how Prime Minister Benjamin
Netanyahu would respond to Iran's first-ever direct attack as
international pressure for restraint grew amid fears of an
escalation of the conflict in the Middle East.
    
    SEB  SEBF.PA 
    The household equipment maker announced the private
placement of 150 million euros, with a 12-year maturity, to help
repay its 500 million euro bonds maturing in May.
    
    SOLVAY  SOLB.BR 
    Belgian chemical company said it had restated its full-year
underlying EBITDA and net sales to 1.15 billion euros and 4.91
billion euros, respectively.
