April 16 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
AMUNDI AMUN.PA
Europe's largest asset manager, said on Tuesday it had
agreed to sell its U.S. business to
Victory Capital
in exchange for a 26% stake in the U.S. company.
ENGIE ENGIE.PA
The French energy company has acquired two biomethane
production sites in the Netherlands it hopes to expand, in line
with plans to produce 10 terawatt hours (TWh) of the gas and
sell 30 TWh annually in Europe by 2030, Engie said on Tuesday.
FORVIA FRVIA.PA
French automotive supplier said it agreed to sell its
subsidiary Hug Engineering to Belgian OGEPAR Group, for an
enterprise value of around 55 million euros.

The French software company launched an IPO on Tuesday,
valuing it at 1.11 billion euros ($1.18 billion) and marking the
largest IPO on the Euronext Paris stock exchange in the last
three years.

The household equipment maker announced the private
placement of 150 million euros, with a 12-year maturity, to help
repay its 500 million euro bonds maturing in May.
SOLVAY SOLB.BR
Belgian chemical company said it had restated its full-year
underlying EBITDA and net sales to 1.15 billion euros and 4.91
billion euros, respectively.
