Jan 31 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
    
    VIVENDI  VIV.PA :
    Vivendi said on Tuesday it was studying splitting up into
four entities.    
    
    NEXANS  NEXS.PA :
    Nexans informed that the French Competition Authority is
carrying out searches at three Nexans sites in France today.
        
    2CRSi  AL2SI.PA :
    2CRSi announced a contract worth 610 million dollars with US
data center operator.
        
    ELIS  ELIS.PA :
    Elis posted a full-year revenue up year-on-year at 4.3
billion euros. It expects a 2023 adjusted EBITDA margin at
around 34.2%.
    
    JCDECAUX  JCDX.PA :
    JCDecaux won the exclusive advertising concession of
Shenzhen Bao’An International Airport in China. The new contract
is effective on February 1st, 2024.
        
    SEB SA  SEBF.PA :
    SEB reported full-year annual sales up at 8.01 billion
euros. It revises upwards its operating profit growth forecast
for 2023, from over 10% to over 15%.
    
    ENGIE/AMAZON  ENGIE.PA   AMZN.O :
    Amazon signed a PPA with Engie to procure 473mw of renewable
energy in Scotland.
