Brief: Seco/Warwick increases stake in SWAPL to 98.4 pct

April 1(Reuters) - Seco/Warwick SA  SWG.WA : 
    * Said on Thursday it has acquired on March 30 a total of 
1,550,000 units in SECO/WARWICK Allied Private Limited (SWAPL), 
based in Maharashtra, India for 155,000,000 Indian rupees (8.8 
million zlotys) ($2.34 million)following its capital increase 
    * After the transaction the company holds 98.4 pct stake in
