April 18 (Reuters) - Seco/Warwick SA SWG.WA :
* Reported on Friday that following its unit's, Retech Systems, publication
of financial statements and consultations with an auditor, the company decided
to recognise 30 million zloty ($7.9 million) impairment of Retech Systems' value
* The impairment will affect the company's consolidated FY 2015 results
