AGM Notice - correction to dividend record date

In the explanatory notes of the notice of meeting for the 2024 AGM, published
on 10 April 2024, it was stated that the record date for the final dividend of
16.2 pence per share was 16 April 2024.  This should have referred to 26
April 2024, as correctly detailed in the final results announcement, annual
report and accounts and the financial calendar on the Company's website.

The corrected text of the explanatory note is restated below:

 

Declaration of Dividend

In accordance with the Articles of Association of the Company and the
Companies Act 2006, the Directors are proposing a final dividend in respect of
the financial year ended 31 December 2023. The Directors propose that this
should be 16.2 pence per ordinary share. The dividend, if approved by
shareholders, would be payable on 23 May 2024 to shareholders on the Register
of Members at the close of business on 26 April 2024.
