Corp  SCWX.O  fall 9.5% to $7.25 premarket 
    ** Co reports Q1 adj. loss of 20 cents per share vs adj.
loss of 9 cents/shr reported a year earlier 
    ** Q1 total revenue declined to $94.4 mln from $121.0 mln a
year earlier
    ** Sees Q2 revenue in the range of $90 mln-$92 mln; and adj.
net loss per share between 15 cents and 17 cents
    ** YTD, stock up about 25.4% through last close
