Temporary Suspension of Shares

 

Delay in publication of annual financial report made up to 30 June 2023

 

Seed Capital Solutions plc (LON: SCSP), a Company formed for the purpose of
acquiring a business or businesses operating in market sectors that can
display strong ESG credentials, announces that the audited annual results of
the Company made up to 30 June 2023 ("FY 23") will be delayed and will
therefore not meet the required deadline.

 

As such the Company has requested the suspension of the listing in the
Company's ordinary shares on the Standard Segment of the Official List, and
trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market has been suspended with
effect from 7.30 am on the 1 November 2023, pending publication of the FY 23
annual results.
