Director Share Purchase

SEED Innovations Ltd, the AIM-quoted company investing in fast-growing and
industry-leading businesses with a focus on the medical cannabis, health, and
wellness space, is pleased to announce it has been informed today that on 15
December 2022, Ed McDermott, CEO of SEED, purchased a further 850,000 ordinary
shares in the Company at an average price of 2.69p per share. Following this
purchase Mr McDermott has a beneficial interest of 4,275,000 shares
representing 2.01% of the issued share capital of the Company.

This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of
EU Regulation No. 596/2014, which forms part of United Kingdom domestic law by
virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (as amended).
