Notice of AGM & Investor Presentation

 

SEED Innovations Ltd, the AIM-quoted company investment company providing
shareholders with exposure to early-stage health, wellness and medical
cannabis companies to which, in normal circumstances, they have limited access
to, is pleased to announce that the Company's Annual General Meeting ('AGM')
will be held at 10 a.m. (BST) on 20 September 2023 at Obsidian House, Rue
D'Aval, Vale, Guernsey and virtually via Investor Meet Company (see
instructions to enable participation below). The Notice of AGM and
accompanying Form of Proxy will be issued to shareholders shortly.

In order to allow shareholders to follow the proceedings of the AGM without
attending in person, the company will provide access online via the Investor
Meet Company platform.

Please note: shareholders will not be able to vote online and are requested to
submit their votes via proxy as early as possible.

Ed McDermott, CEO, Lance de Jersey, Finance Director, and Alfredo Pascual,
Executive Director, will provide a brief live presentation at the AGM via the
Investor Meet Company platform.

Shareholders are invited to submit questions for the board to consider via the
Investor Meet Company Platform.
