Transaction in Own Shares & TVR

 

SEED Innovations Ltd, the AIM-quoted quoted investment company offering
exposure to disruptive, high-growth, life sciences and technology ventures
typically inaccessible to everyday investors, announces that it has purchased
the following number of its shares of 1p each on the London Stock Exchange to
be held in treasury (through Shard Capital Stockbrokers Limited ("Shard")
acting as the Company's broker).

 Highest price paid per share (pence):                  2.12 pence
 Lowest price paid per share (pence):                   2.12 pence
 Volume weighted average price paid per share (pence):  2.12 pence

 

Following the purchase of these shares, the Company's issued ordinary share
capital consists of 215,219,841 ordinary shares of which a total of 20,274,946
shares are held in treasury. The remaining 194,944,895 shares represent the
total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules.

 

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of the UK version of Regulation (EU) No.
596/2014 which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal)
Act 2018, the table below contains detailed information of the individual
trades made by Shard on 17 May 2024  as part of the Programme as defined by
the Company in the announcement on 29 September 2023.
