UK's Seed Innovations hits over 1-year high on share buyback plan

** Shares of Seed Innovations SEED.L soar as much as 25.2%
to 3.97p, their highest since Aug. 24, 2022
** Investment company says it intends to commence a share
buyback programme of up to 21.5 mln ordinary shares worth
850,000 pounds ($1.1 mln)
** Co says buyback will be funded from its existing cash
resources
** Shares set to post best day since March 1, 2019, if trend
holds
** Stock last up about 21%, taking YTD gains to ~47%
($1 = 0.8098 pounds)
