Total Voting Rights

 

SEEEN plc (AIM: SEEN), the media and technology platform that delivers Key
Video Moments to drive increased views and revenues across video content,
announces that, as at today's date, the total number of ordinary shares of
0.1p each in issue and voting rights in the Company is 118,779,141. This
figure of 118,779,141 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the
Company pursuant to the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
