Change of Nominated Adviser

 

Seeing Machines Limited (AIM: SEE, "Seeing Machines" or the "Company"), the
advanced computer vision technology company that designs AI-powered operator
monitoring systems to improve transport safety, announces the appointment of
Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited ("Stifel") as Nominated Adviser to the Company
with immediate effect. Stifel will continue as sole broker to the Company.
