Seeing Machines Limited (AIM: SEE, "Seeing Machines" or the "Company"), the
advanced computer vision technology company that designs AI-powered operator
monitoring systems to improve transport safety, announces that on 26 October
2023, Nanjop Pty Ltd (The Murring Family A/C), a person closely associated
with Non-Executive Director, John Murray, has purchased 200,000 ordinary
shares ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 4.95 pence.
Following this purchase, Mr Murray is now beneficially interested in 832,291
Ordinary Shares, representing 0.02 per cent. of the issued share capital of
the Company.
