Director/ PDMR Shareholding

 

Seeing Machines Limited (AIM: SEE, "Seeing Machines" or the "Company"), the
advanced computer vision technology company that designs AI-powered operator
monitoring systems to improve transport safety, announces that on 22 March
2024, Paul McGlone CEO purchased a total 450,000 ordinary shares ("Ordinary
Shares") in Seeing Machines at a price of 5.09 Pence and a total of 50,882
Ordinary Shares at a price of 5.04 Pence.

 

Following these purchase, Mr McGlone is now beneficially interested in
8,950,882 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.22 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company.
