Seeing Machines Limited's (AIM: SEE, "Seeing Machines" or the "Company"), the
advanced computer vision technology company that designs AI-powered operator
monitoring systems to improve transport safety, announces that it will hold
its virtual Annual General Meeting from its head office in Canberra, Australia
at 5pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) on Thursday 16 December 2021.
The meeting will be held virtually from 80 Mildura Street, Fyshwick ACT 2609.
Shareholders may choose to participate online.
