Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

Seeing Machines Limited (AIM: SEE, "Seeing Machines" or the "Company"), the
advanced computer vision technology company that designs AI-powered operator
monitoring systems to improve transport safety, announces that it will hold
its Annual General Meeting (AGM) from its head office at 80 Mildura Street,
Fyshwick ACT 2609, Australia at 5pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) on
Wednesday 29 November 2023.

 

The AGM will be held as a hybrid meeting, which means shareholders can attend
online or in person. Details regarding how to attend the AGM virtually are set
out below.
