Result of Annual General Meeting
Seeing Machines Limited (AIM: SEE, "Seeing Machines" or the "Company"), the
advanced computer vision technology company that designs AI-powered operator
monitoring systems to improve transport safety, announces that at the Annual
General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all resolutions were passed by the
requisite majority and determined by way of a poll.
