Q4 FY2025 Quarterly KPIs

Seeing Machines technology now in over 3.7 million cars, representing strong
quarterly growth of 36%

Seeing Machines Limited (AIM: SEE), the advanced computer vision technology
company that designs AI-powered operator monitoring systems to improve
transport safety, publishes its quarterly Key Performance Indicators ("KPIs")
for the quarter ended 30 June 2025 ("Q4 FY2025").

- As expected and mentioned at the recent London Town Hall, the quarterly
automotive production volumes are increasing materially as carmakers in Europe
plan for the EU's General Safety Regulation ("GSR") that requires camera-based
Driver Monitoring System ("DMS") technology for Advanced Driver Distraction
Warning ("ADDW") in all new vehicles sold in Europe from July 2026 and the
European New Car Assessment Program's ("Euro NCAP") extending protocols
related to DMS for safety ratings also come into effect.

Q4 FY2025 KPI highlights:

- Cars on the road with Seeing Machines' Driver and Occupant Monitoring
System (DMS/OMS) technology increased to 3,730,201 units, representing an
increase of 69% from 12 months ago (Q4 FY2024: 2,211,422)

- For FY2025, automotive production volumes total over 1.5 million
compared with cumulative total of 1.125m for FY2024, representing growth of
~35%

- Quarterly production of 488,294 units, up 36% from the previous
quarter (Q3 FY2025: 358,162) and up 28% from the previous corresponding
quarter (Q4 FY2024: 381,215), demonstrating continued sequential growth

- Guardian Generation 3 is now in full production and quarterly
Guardian hardware sales increased by 120% to 2,536 units (Q3 FY2025: 1,151).
Annual hardware sales for FY2025 were 5,466.

The Company continues to deliver its world-leading DMS and OMS solutions to
leading car brands globally, now boasting an additional two programs,
contributing small volumes during the quarter, at start of production across
Europe and North America.

One of the programs that began production in the June quarter is among several
programs that are under minimum volume guarantees. Seeing Machines receives a
prepayment of royalties for minimum volume guarantees associated with a number
of Automotive programs. The timing of prepayments for these guarantees is
aligned with the original expected start of production timeframes. This
prepayment covers royalties not included in the cumulative total of cars on
the road, or the quarterly production volumes. Those volumes will be counted
in the quarter in which production occurs.

logistics organisations):

Guardian Generation 3 production has now ramped to approximately 2,000 units
monthly and is expected to meet growing customer demand. The sales pipeline is
expanding globally through direct, channel, and partner opportunities, and the
Company expects increased sales as customer trials finish in North America and
Europe.

Paul McGlone, CEO of Seeing Machines, commented:

"The significant rise in automotive production volumes demonstrates that the
industry is ramping up to comply with upcoming EU safety regulations. Seeing
Machines' ability to deliver advanced DMS and OMS solutions to leading car
brands worldwide, now spanning nine programs at start of production across
Europe and North America, is industry-leading and we are proud of this
success. The strategic approach to royalty prepayments further demonstrates
solid partnerships and forward planning.

I am encouraged with the quarterly increase in Guardian Generation 3 sales
with production volumes steadily rising to match our pipeline and expected
customer demand. The expanding global sales pipeline underscores widespread
market interest, and we would anticipate a further ramp-up in sales as a
number of customer trials conclude. These Q4 figures leave the Company well
positioned as we kick off FY2026 and focus on achieving our initial key target
of cashflow break-even run rate by the end of this calendar year."
