Seeing Machines Limited ("Seeing Machines" or the "Company")

US$1.8m Purchase Order as Global Autonomous Driving Leader Expands Use of
Guardian BdMS

Seeing Machines Limited (AIM: SEE, "Seeing Machines" or the "Company"), the
advanced computer vision technology company that designs AI-powered operator
monitoring systems to improve transport safety, announced that it has received
an additional Purchase Order for the supply of Guardian Backup-driver
Monitoring System ("BdMS") units to a world-leading North American
self-driving car company.

The contract, valued at approximately US$1.8m, supports this customers'
continued expansion of its test fleet across additional sites and locations in
the US as the autonomous ride-hailing industry continues to grow.

While the integration of autonomous driving technology is progressing rapidly,
safety concerns remain paramount and right now, the standard practice is to
have a back-up driver present in these types of vehicles. Seeing Machines is
uniquely positioned to support this evolution with its Guardian BdMS solution,
bridging the gap between fully autonomous operations and human oversight.

Paul McGlone, CEO of Seeing Machines, commented: "We are delighted to continue
supporting this important customer as they expand their autonomous vehicle
test fleet across North America. This additional order underlines the critical
role that Guardian BdMS plays in ensuring safety during the transition to
fully autonomous transport. Our technology is designed to support robust human
oversight while paving the way for future solutions, and we look forward to
further opportunities as the industry evolves."
