Seeing Machines Limited ("Seeing Machines" or the "Company")
Global Autonomous Driving Leader Expands Use of Guardian BdMS with US$3.8m
order
Seeing Machines Limited (AIM: SEE, "Seeing Machines" or the "Company"), the
advanced computer vision technology company that designs AI-powered operator
monitoring systems to improve transport safety, has received a US$3.8 million
Purchase Order for its Guardian Backup-driver Monitoring System ("BdMS") from
a leading North American autonomous driving company.
The order builds on an established relationship and reflects continued
expansion of the customer's test fleet beyond the United States, signalling
accelerating global development across the autonomous ride-hailing sector.
Established in January 2026, Seeing Machines' Future Mobility Group is
dedicated to supporting the safe progression of autonomous transport. While
autonomy continues to gain traction, safety remains paramount, with most
deployments still requiring a backup driver. Guardian BdMS plays a critical
role in this transition, delivering robust human oversight and assurance for
autonomous fleets. This unique approach leverages Seeing Machines' proven
driver and occupant monitoring expertise alongside advanced supervision
capability tailored to autonomous operations.
Paul McGlone, CEO of Seeing Machines, commented: "This follow-on order from an
existing customer reinforces the strength of our position as a trusted partner
to leading autonomous driving programs. As autonomy advances, our technology
ensures consistent, reliable human oversight supporting safer deployment today
while enabling the industry's transition to full autonomy. Encouragingly, this
order reflects increasing momentum in Aftermarket, with Q4 FY2026 Guardian
revenue for the quarter-to-date now exceeding total revenue delivered in Q3
FY2026."
