** Shares of Australia's Seek SEK.AX rise as much as 6% to A$27.21, their highest level since November 25

** Stock marks biggest intraday pct gain since May 21

** Online employment marketplace firm forecasts FY26 adjusted profit of A$190 million ($123.41 million) to A$220 million, compared with A$155 mln reported in FY25

** Sees FY26 net revenue of around A$1.15 billion to A$1.25 billion vs A$1.1 billion in FY25

** Declared final dividend of 22 Australian cents per share
