Australia's SEEK Ltd sees best day in 9 months on higher outlook, earnings

** Shares of employment services provider SEEK Ltd  SEK.AX 
leap as much as 6.7% to A$29.65, their best intraday pct gain
since May 4, 2021
    ** Sees FY22 net profit after tax (excluding significant
items) between A$230 mln and A$250 mln ($163.99 mln to $178.25

    ** Reports 147% growth in reported NPAT from continuing ops
(excluding significant items) at A$124.2 mln for H1

COVID-related cuts, contributing to revenue growth 
    ** Revenue up 59% to A$517.2 mln in H1
    ** SEK down 15.3% this year, as of last close
