Australia's Seek rises on upbeat HY profit

** Shares of Seek  SEK.AX  rise 1.5% to A$24.6
    ** Stock rose as much as 4.8% to A$25.4, hitting their
highest since December 10
    ** Online jobs portal posts total reported profit
attributable of A$143.5 mln ($91.05 mln) in 1H25, compared to
A$29.8 mln a year ago
    ** Also declared interim dividend of 24 AU cents per share,
higher than 19 AU cents recorded last year
    ** Says total expenditure declined by 6% with operating
expenses stable and capex down 29%
    ** More than 1.6 mln shares change hands vs 30-day avg
volume of around 1.3 mln shares
    ** Stock up ~8.9% YTD, including current session's moves
