Goldman Sachs says recent data points towards positive Aussie media market

** Analysts at Goldman Sachs see recent data points in the
Australian media industry as broadly positive for REA Group
 REA.AX  and Seek  SEK.AX 
    ** Brokerage flags there has been a strong start to property
listings in Australia, helping REA Group, while job
advertisements volume in Australia and New Zealand are tracking
ahead of Seek's estimates
    ** Says current balance sheet strength is high, particularly
for REA, note historical M&A activity
    ** REA shares gain 0.6% while SEK shares drop 1%
