** Shares of Australia's  Seek SEK.AX rise as much as 8.1% to A$18.48, on track for best day since May 21, 2025

** Online employment marketplace posts rise in half-year revenue of A$646.6 million ($457.28 million), up 11% yoy

** Declares interim dividend of 27 AU cents per share

** Sees FY2026 net revenue of about A$1.19 billion to A$1.23 billion, adjusted profit of about A$195m to A$215m

** Down 25% YTD
