1. The number of shares subject to the 2026 LTIP Awards granted have been calculated using a share price of 810.8 pence, being the closing mid-market quotation of a share on the business day immediately preceding grant. This method of calculation is consistent with that used for previous awards.

The 2026 LTIP Award is subject to the achievement of performance conditions measured over a three-year period ending on 31 December 2028 and the number of shares shown above represent the maximum number of shares which may vest in connection with this award. A summary of the 2026 LTIP Award, including the performance conditions relating to this award, will be outlined in the Company's 2026 Annual Report and Accounts, which will be published in due course.
