SEGRO plc (the Company)

An application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London
Stock Exchange plc for a total of 400,000 ordinary shares of 10p each (Shares)
to be admitted to the Official List.

These Shares are being reserved under a blocklisting and will be issued
pursuant to the following schemes:
 Scheme                              Shares   
 SEGRO plc Long Term Incentive Plan  200,000  
 SEGRO plc Save As You Earn          150,000

Admission of the Shares is expected on 11 May 2023.
