SEGRO plc (the Company)

 

Scrip Dividend Scheme - Application for Listing

 

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London
Stock Exchange for a total of 485,988 Ordinary Shares of 10p each ('Shares')
to be admitted to the Official List.

Admission of the Shares is expected on 20 September 2024.

These Shares are being issued in respect of elections to participate in the
Scrip Dividend Scheme in respect of the 2024 Interim Dividend.

These Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
