    ** Increases share repurchase program by $250 mln
    ** This increases co's available authorization under the
program to about $263 mln
    ** Currently, four of six brokerages rate the stock "hold",
one "buy" or higher and one "sell" or lower; their median PT is
$63
    ** SEIC fell 4.3% in 2022
