** Sellas Life Sciences Group Inc's  SLS.O  shares plunge
~34% after hours on proposed follow-on
    ** Cancer-focused biotech commences offering of shares and
warrants; deal size not disclosed
    ** Cantor Fitzgerald sole bookrunner
    ** Co plans to use net proceeds to help fund clinical
development of its product candidates, and for working capital
and other general purposes, per the prospectus filing
    ** Co has ~20.59 mln shares outstanding
    ** Shares on Thurs fell 3.4% to $3.69. Stock up 56% YTD but
off ~37% over the past 12 months
