** Hunan Goke Microelectronics 300672.SZ soars 20% to 97.27 yuan, highest since June 2023

** Stock on course for fifth consecutive session of gains

** Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corp (SMIC) 0981.HK says its unit has agreed to sell 14.8% stake in a semiconductor firm to Hunan Goke at a price yet to be determined

** SMIC rises 1.1% to HK$42.7, highest since May 26

** China's chipmaking index .STARCHIP and the Shanghai Composite Index .SSEC both up 0.1%

** YTD, Hunan Goke's stock rises 35.3%, SMIC shares gain 33.2%
