** Shares in LED chip manufacturer  LEDS.O  rise as much as
8% to $3.50 after co reports smaller Q2 loss
    ** Stock last up ~3%, on course to break two-day losing
streak
    ** LEDS Q2 loss per share narrowed to 4 cents from 6 cents a
year earlier
    ** Q2 revenue rose to $2.2 mln from $1.2 mln  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nBw118gnza
    ** Co adds it is unable to forecast Q3 revenue at this time
given the continuing uncertain impact of COVID-19
    ** Stock down ~29% this year
