Natgas companies gain on lower output, higher demand

** Shares of U.S. natural gas companies up, tracking a rise in natgas futures NGA/

** U.S. natgas futures NGc1 up 3.1% at $3.97 per million British thermal units, putting the contract on track for its highest close since April 3

** Natural gas prices rose on lower daily output and forecasts for hotter weather and higher demand over the next two weeks than previously expected

** Shares of natgas companies: CNX Resources CNX.N up 1%, while Cheniere Energy LNG.N, Energy Transfer ET.N, Williams Companies WMB.N and Sempra SRE.N gain marginally

** ETFs — United States Natural Gas Fund UNG.P and ProShares Ultra Bloomberg Natural Gas BOIL.P up 2.1% and 3.8%, respectively
