Hygea vct plc ('the Company') has been notified on Friday 13th February that following a purchase of 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 12 January 2015, Mr James Leek as of that date is beneficially interested in 251,500 ordinary shares representing 3.1 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
