Senior appoints Joint Corporate Broker

Senior plc ("Senior" or "the Company"), an international manufacturer of high
technology components and systems, principally for the worldwide aerospace
& defence, land vehicle and power & energy markets, is pleased to
announce the appointment of Numis Securities Limited ("Numis") as joint
corporate broker to the Company with immediate effect.  Numis will act as
joint broker alongside Jefferies International Limited.
