Senior plc (the "Company") currently has 2,561,365 ordinary shares of 10p each
block listed under the Senior plc Executive Share Option Plan.

This Plan has now closed; as a result, the associated block listing is hereby
cancelled. The Company has made no allotments under the Senior plc Executive
Share Option Plan since the last block listing return was released on 30
August 2024.
