Senior plc: Directorate Change

Having reached the ninth anniversary of her initial appointment to the Senior
plc Board as an independent non-executive Director, Susan Brennan will be
retiring from the Board and as a member of the Audit, Nominations and
Remuneration Committees at the conclusion of the Company's next Annual General
Meeting which is due to be held in April 2025.

Ian King, Chair, said:

"I would like to thank Susan for her valued contribution and commitment over 9
years on the Board and wish her well for the future."

This announcement has been made in accordance with the requirements of Listing
Rule 6.4.6.
